BirdRunner for iPhone and iPad
Terms of use

Who we are
BirdRunner is an app from Coffee Wizard Labs, our studio brand. Questions about these terms? Email support@coffeewizardlabs.com.
These terms
These terms apply alongside Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which covers apps downloaded from the App Store. By using BirdRunner, you agree to both. If they conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
Train at your own risk
Running and other exercise carry a risk of injury and, rarely, of serious medical events. BirdRunner gives general training guidance. It isn't medical advice and doesn't know your health, fitness, or surroundings. You decide whether a session is right for you, and you take part at your own risk.
Check with a doctor before starting a new training plan, especially if you have a health condition or injury, or are pregnant. Stop and get help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, or unusual shortness of breath.
Stay aware
Watch where you're going, not your screen. Follow traffic laws, run where it's safe, and keep audio low enough to hear traffic and people around you. Don't adjust BirdRunner while crossing a road or in any situation where it would distract you.
Estimates, not guarantees
Training paces, race predictions, GPS distance, pace, splits, and elevation are estimates. GPS can be off, especially near tall buildings, under trees, or in tunnels. Plans and suggestions can't account for your health, the weather, or the terrain, so run by how you feel on the day.
Your data
Your training lives only on your device, so losing or resetting it can lose your data. Keep device backups on and export your journal if it matters to you. The privacy policy explains what BirdRunner stores.
No warranty
BirdRunner is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we aren't liable for any injury, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the app. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law permits. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use BirdRunner after a change means you accept the updated terms.
